Civics and Government
On April 1, 2014, eleven social studies teachers from Bucks County schools met from 8:00 a.m. until noon
at the Bucks County Intermediate Unit to draft model Civics and Government Student Learning Objectives (SLOs). 
The model SLOs are intended as a resource for school districts across the county.  They will need modification and
completion based on local school and district guidelines and circumstances.
   
 
World Language
On April 9, 2014, seventeen World Language teachers from Bucks County schools met from noon until 4:00 p.m.,
at the Bucks County Intermediate Unit to draft model World Language Student Learning Objectives (SLOs). 
The model SLOs are intended as a resource for school districts across the county.  They will need modification and
completion based on local school and district guidelines and circumstances.
 
 
MathPennsylvania Student Learning Objectives
On April 29, seven teachers from Bucks County schools met for two hours prior to the Math Advisory Council meeting at the BCIU to draft model mathematics SLOs.  These model SLOs are intended as a resource for school districts across the county; they will need modification and completion based on local school and district guidelines and circumstances.
 
 
Science
On April 10, 2014, nine teachers from Bucks County schools met for two hours prior to the Science Advisory Council meeting at the BCIU to draft model science SLOs.  In addition to the SLOs created on this day, districts also shared SLOs that their districts had created. These model SLOs are intended as a resource for school districts across the county; they will need modification and completion based on local school and district guidelines and circumstances.
 
 
 
Special Education
 
 
Health and Physical Education
On May 13, 2014, eleven Health and Physical Education teachers from Bucks County schools met for four hours at the BCIU to draft model health and physical education SLOs.  Participants also shared SLOs that their districts had developed, as well as their expertise from participation in state-level SLO planning and development. These model SLOs are intended as a resource for school districts across the county; they will need modification and completion based on local school and district guidelines and circumstances.
 
 
 
Library
On May 8, 2014, sixteen librarians from Bucks County schools met to draft model Library Media Specialist Student Learning Objectives.  The model SLOs are intended as a resource for school districts across the county.  They will need modification and completion based on local school and district guidelines and circumstances.
 
 
 
Business, Computer and Information Technology
On June 10, 2014, fourteen teachers of Business, Computer and Information Technology (BCIT) from Bucks County schools met to draft model BCIT Student Learning Objectives.  The model SLOs are intended as a resource for school districts across the county.  They will need modification and completion based on local school and district guidelines and circumstances.
 
 
 
English as a Second Language (ESL)
On May 21, 2014, thirteen teachers of English as a second language from Bucks County schools met to draft model ESL Student Learning Objectives.  The model SLOs are intended as a resource for school districts across the county.  They will need modification and completion based on local school and district guidelines and circumstances.
