All students aged 8 years and older must wear seat belts. A student’s failure to wear a seatbelt will result in suspension off the vehicle until the student agrees to comply with this seat belt law.
Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited on all school vehicles. School districts’ drug and weapon policies include school vehicles as school property and will be strictly enforced.
