Re: Open Enrollment for 2008-2009 Benefit Year
Effective with this year’s Open Enrollment you will find all pertinent enrollment information on our IU website under Human Resource, listed as Open Enrollment Information – 2008.
You will still receive the following, via mail around the end of May:
- 2008-09 Flex Form for Medical Insurance/Cash Payout selection.
- Security Benefits (Form B) Flexible Spending for Medical/ Dependent Care Spending.
- Insurance comparison sheet of our current plans.
Since the information that you will need will already be on the IU website early in the Spring, our Open Enrollment election period will be from May 26 th through June 9th.
Please watch for up coming payroll stuffers, regarding the Health Fair, which will be held here at the IU on June 5 th from 3:30 until 5:30, in conference rooms A & B.
