The Intermediate Unit's A+ Certified computer repair program can offer a wide range of services at your
location or we can perform repairs at our service facility for School Districts and Intermediate Unit programs. These services include:
- Repairs to Macintosh, IBM, all compatibles, all makes of printers and peripheral equipment.
- Upgrade memory chips, Reformat firmware.
- Install and upgrade instructional/productivity software
- Install Virus detection/protection software
- Reconfigure and/or update system software for new software installations
- Test and certify all installations.
- We also can perform preventive maintenance at prearranged times during the
school year or during the summer break.
We are an authorized Macintosh Warranty
Service Center and are in process of attaining authority to perform IBM Warranty Repairs. We have a direct connection with Apple that allows us to receive replacement parts within 24 hours. This
gives us the capability of providing parts at a considerable savings. At present our fees are $70.00 per hour plus parts, including travel time.
We can provide these services to all School Districts and any teacher or non-profit
organization.
