The Bucks County Intermediate Unit's Cabinet works diligently as a team to ensure the goals and objectives of the organization are being achieved. 

Executive Director

Dr. Mark Hoffman, Executive Director (MHoffman@BucksIU.org)

A graduate of Penn State University, with degrees in education and Spanish, Dr. Hoffman went on to receive his master’s in education from St. Joseph’s University.  He received his doctorate in educational and organizational leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, with a research focus on entrepreneurship in public education. Dr. Hoffman began at the Bucks IU in 2007 and has served as the Executive Director since 2015.
