Bucks IU Reseller

The Bucks IU...A Non-Traditional Reseller

As a reseller for several key products and services, the Bucks IU is able to provide schools and school districts with better pricing and options than they would be able to achieve if contracting for specific items on their own. However, unlike the traditional definition of "reseller” where profits play a key role, the Bucks IU takes on this role in the spirit of the original objective of our state in creating Intermediate Units: to provide cost-effective, management-efficient programs to public and private K-12 schools, school districts, and the community of Bucks County.

As resellers, we also provide "after the sale" expert implementation, integration, and product support for the service or programs purchased. The Bucks IU provides schools with the advantage of being local as well as integrally vested in your success and happiness with each purchase. The Bucks IU works very closely on a daily basis with our schools and districts to ensure their success and has significant experience leveraging technology, both new and old, in the K-12 environment.

We are a licensed reseller of the following:

  • Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) – the education-specific, and heavily discounted server, desktop, and enterprise software for K-12 members
  • Microsoft Azure – a cloud computing service for testing, deploying, and managing applications and services through a global network of data centers
  • Canvas – a learning management system that makes teaching and learning more accessible and easier
  • Blazemark (PDF)   – a cloud-based emergency preparedness program for schools and businesses
