Child-Student-Adult Services and Programs
We are continually growing and expanding our programs and services to best address the educational supports and requirements of the children, youth, and adults of Bucks County. Bucks County is home to more than 96,000 public and private school students in over 270 schools, served by more than 9,000 educators. As an educational service agency, we strive to ensure the optimal growth of all learners with innovative opportunities for academic growth and achievement.
The Bucks IU proudly provides specialized instruction in support of those with autism, emotional support needs, and multiple disabilities.

Child and Student Services
Through the Individuals with Disability Education Act (IDEA), the Bucks IU is the non-competitive, sole source provider of these services to students with disabilities as contracted through the individual school districts in Bucks County.
Adult Programs and Services
We are very proud to announce the addition of programs and services for adults with disabilities. This new program is specially designed to address the unique needs and challenges of those who have progressed beyond their education but for whom support programs and services can still offer growth and development, retention, and fellowship.
