Carnegie STEM Excellence Pathway: Advancing Workshop

Are you looking for a way to improve STEM Education at your school? The Carnegie STEM Excellence Pathway is a strategic planning process to improve STEM education at your school or district. Carnegie STEM Excellence Pathway is provided by the Bucks IU in collaboration with Carnegie Science Center, Pittsburgh.

The Carnegie STEM Excellence Pathway is built on the belief that school systems, individual schools, departments, and individual teachers can improve their STEM education practices through a positive, collaborative approach. It is designed to help the widest possible range of school districts and schools adopt best practices in STEM education.

The Advancing Workshop is intended for schools or districts who are completing the Pathway process. Participants reflect on the implementation of their Action Plans and their organization’s connection to the four pillars of STEM education.

The goals of the Advancing workshop are to:

1. Reflect upon your connection to the four pillars of STEM education.

2. Share experiences on Action Plan implementation.

3. Make a plan to continue the Pathway.
