Carnegie STEM Excellence Pathway: Progressing Workshop

Are you looking for a way to improve STEM Education at your school? The Carnegie STEM Excellence Pathway is a strategic planning process to improve STEM education at your school or district. Carnegie STEM Excellence Pathway is provided by the Bucks IU in collaboration with Carnegie Science Center, Pittsburgh.

The Carnegie STEM Excellence Pathway is built on the belief that school systems, individual schools, departments, and individual teachers can improve their STEM education practices through a positive, collaborative approach. It is designed to help the widest possible range of school districts and schools adopt best practices in STEM education.

The Progressing Workshop is intended for schools or districts who have been consistently working for several months to implement the Action Plans created during the Emerging Workshop. The primary goal of this workshop is to collaborate with other Pathway Partner schools in the sharing of best practices toward completing the Action Plans and addressing challenges to implementing change. Partners will have the opportunity to collaborate with one another specifically in breakout sessions designed around common Action Plan goal areas. Partners teams will also review their progress toward completing their Action Plans, identifying further supports and resources that can be used to complete their goals.
