Disciplinary Literacy in the Digital Realm

This workshop will focus on ways to interact with digital resources in an informed manner. Specifically, it will highlight ways to critically analyze relationships between media and audiences and between information and power. Strategies will also be provided to help students develop skills in evaluating media content and the effects of media as well as to develop ways to effectively use and create via new digital literacies.
