Leveraging Choice Boards to Balance Screen Time

With the need for social distancing and virtual instruction in today's classroom, many teachers and families are concerned about the amount of time students spend in front of screens. Choice boards, playlists and instructional menus provide a structure through which teachers can provide opportunities for engagement and student choice and differentiation in learning away from screens. In this FREE 30 minute "mini-workshop" teachers will be introduced to strategies for success when using choice board options, as well as resources for getting started with creating effective and engaging choices. The first half of the workshop will feature a live presentation, with time at the end for Q&A.

PLEASE NOTE: This session will be held virtually via Zoom. The link will be sent to the email that you have linked to your My Learning Plan account. The link will be emailed to that email address 12-24 hours before the session. Please be sure to check that email account!
