Teach Happier: Closure, Reflection, & Next Steps

This is the sixth of a 6-session series entitled "Teach Happier: Small Shifts, Big Gifts" presented by Suzanne Dailey, author of the Teach Happier Podcast (www.suzannedailey.com).
The six sessions are designed to support educators as we finish out the 2021-2022 school year. Suzanne encourages us as educators to rally for the 4th quarter of the year and muster up as much energy, optimism, and purpose as possible. Sessions will build upon one another throughout the series, but they are also meaningful if you can only attend a few.
*FREE TO ALL BUCKS COUNTY EDUCATORS*

SESSION 6: In this culminating session, we will review and extend some of the concepts learned in our time together and consider how we can share this information with our students. We will also learn about resources that can be examined over the summer to rest and begin the next school year feeling content, aligned, and balanced. Time will be given to ask Suzanne clarifying questions that will help guide your ongoing learning.

Participants will learn realistic, manageable, and proactive strategies based in positive psychology that will help educators achieve work/life satisfaction as we navigate this unique time of teaching.
Participants will learn that these small and manageable shifts, practiced over time, will help educators to teach happier, parent happier, partner happier, work happier, and increase our overall happiness and well-being.
Participants will build their knowledge of positive psychology over the course of the 6 sessions.
