American Sign Language for Friends and Families

American Sign language instruction for friends and family members of students who use sign language for communication. This will include an introduction to understanding Deafness and Deaf culture. Virtual classes with be held for one hour/week over a period of 6 weeks focusing on relevant topics each week. Participants will have the opportunity to request specific vocabulary themes. There will be ample time for practice. This is an opportunity for families to network with other families who are interested in learning sign language.
