ParaEd: Presuming Competence in All Students to Create Learning Environments that Build Community

This self-paced course will allow participants to explore their own understanding around inclusion, think about how shifts in thinking can open up more opportunities for all students, and how a strengths-based model can improve educational communities for all children.

ASYNCHRONOUS: This course will be open and available for completion from the first of the month through the last day of the month. Content will be presented through a public Canvas course, so participants do NOT need to create a Canvas account. Participants will receive an email from the presenter with the Canvas link at least 24 hours in advance. This communication will be sent to the email address associated with your MLP/Frontline account. In order to receive credit for participation, all course activities must be submitted within the month's timeframe and you will need to complete a Google Exit Ticket.
