Paraeducator Training: High Leverage Practices for Paraprofessionals

SYNCHRONOUS: Paraprofessionals play a critical role in the day to day functioning and instruction of students with special needs. This can be rewarding yet challenging work. High Leverage Practices (HLP's) are practices that can be used to leverage student learning across different content areas, grade levels, and student abilities and disabilities. This professional learning opportunity will focus on the Collaboration and Instruction HLP's and ways to directly apply these concepts to everyday interactions with students.
