Paraeducator Training: The Power of Relationships During Remote Learning

This session will review pandemic stresses as it relates to the impact on adults and students in the learning environment. With remote learning and social distancing in place, there is a greater importance and need to nurture relationships and connect with people. These relationships are critical when looking at student engagement and achievement. We will review strategies to strengthen relationships with students and problem-solve potential barriers and strategies to connect with those difficult to reach students.
