Social Work Ethics and Racial Equity

This workshop is designed for school social social workers to develop an understanding of the history of institutional racism within the education system and to reflect on their own beliefs and biases as it relates to race and equity. They will identify inequities within their workplace, and explore ways to create positive change in their role as a school social worker.
