Dive into a day of discovery at the Fab Lab with our STEAM Sampler! This one-day camp is perfect for kids who want to experience a little bit of everything the Fab Lab has to offer. Campers will explore key aspects of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) through engaging, hands-on activities, including robotics, digital fabrication, engineering challenges, and more. With opportunities for both group collaboration and independent exploration, campers will also enjoy Fab Lab Exploration Time, where they can try out different tools and equipment that make the Fab Lab so unique. STEAM Mashup: Ending Summer with Fun!

Join us for one last week of creativity, innovation, and fun at the Fab Lab! This exciting week will feature a mashup of all your favorite activities, from engineering design challenges and robotics to coding and more. Campers will engage in hands-on projects that spark imagination and problem-solving, exploring a blend of engineering, technology, and creative design. Each day brings new challenges, collaboration opportunities, and chances to experiment with the Fab Lab’s cutting-edge tools and equipment.

Join us for one last week of creativity, innovation, and fun at the Fab Lab! This exciting week will feature a mashup of all your favorite activities, from engineering design challenges and robotics to coding and more. Campers will engage in hands-on projects that spark imagination and problem-solving, exploring a blend of engineering, technology, and creative design. Each day brings new challenges, collaboration opportunities, and chances to experiment with the Fab Lab’s cutting-edge tools and equipment.


Kids will also have fun with Open Fab Lab time (where kids choose different activity stations), team-building activities, movement breaks, time for both independent and group exploration, and general STEAM challenges.


  • Who should attend: Children entering grades 1-7 in the Fall of 2025. Campers are grouped by age and skill-level to ensure maximum fun!


  • Dates: Monday, August 18, 2025 - Friday, August 22, 2025


  • Days/Hours: Camp is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm We offer three registration options: 5 full days, 3 full days (you pick your days!) or mornings only (5 days a week).


  • Lunch/Snacks: Fab Lab Campers should bring both a morning and afternoon snack daily and lunch on Monday through Thursday. A pizza lunch is provided on Fridays. A water bottle refill station is available - children should bring their own water bottle with their name clearly marked on it.


  • Our Staff: All Fab Lab Summer Camps are led by certified, master STEAM teachers and administrators.

Each week will highlight a different career field—such as drones, animal science, coding, or carpentry—giving students the chance to learn what these jobs are really like through engaging simulations, projects, and guided discussion. Get ready to create your own video game! In this 6-week Saturday club, students in grades 3–7 will dive into the exciting world of video game design using the Bloxels platform. FIRST LEGO League Explore Team

Join the Fab Lab’s FIRST® LEGO® League Explore Team! Reserve your spot today — space is extremely limited! The Fab Lab will host 6 Explore Teams, each made up of 4 students in grades 2–4. In this engaging STEM program, students will explore real-world scientific challenges through hands-on learning with LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Essential. As they design, build, and code their own models, they’ll develop core engineering skills, strengthen teamwork, and build confidence. This season’s theme, UNEARTHED, invites young innovators to dig into new ideas and discover solutions to global challenges. Parent Participation Required: Each team must have one parent volunteer to support weekly team activities. At the end of the Fab Lab season, teams will have the opportunity to participate in local FIRST® LEGO® League Explore events. These events are optional and teams would be responsible for event registration fees and transportation. *Note: there will be no meetings 10/20 or 11/24 in observance of holidays.

Are you ready to build like a Master? Join us for Fall LEGO® Masters, a 5-week creative building experience inspired by the hit TV show! Open to students in grades 1–7, this program is all about imagination, teamwork, and having fun. Each week, participants will take on a new themed challenge, pushing their creativity and problem-solving skills to new heights. From towers and bridges to creatures and contraptions, students will design, build, and present their LEGO creations in a friendly and supportive environment—no competition, just lots of fun and brick-tastic excitement! Fall LEGO® Masters - View Event Details

3D Design and Printing Club

Get ready to bring your ideas to life—one layer at a time! In this hands-on 5-week club, students in grades 4–7 will dive into the exciting world of 3D printing. We’ll start by experimenting with 3D pens to explore the basics of design and structure, then move into the digital world using Tinkercad, a beginner-friendly 3D modeling platform. Students will learn to create their own 3D designs and watch them take shape on our printers, gaining real-world skills in design thinking, problem-solving, and digital fabrication. By the end of the club, every participant will have created original 3D-printed projects to take home! No experience necessary—just imagination and curiosity! Note: No meeting 10/21 is observance of Diwali.

3D Design and Printing Club - View Event Details

VEX IQ Club

Calling all future engineers and coders! The VEX IQ Robotics Club is an exciting 6-week experience for students in grades 4–7 where creativity meets technology. Using VEX IQ robotics kits, students will explore the fundamentals of robot design, building, and coding—all in a fun, club-style setting. Each week, participants will take on new challenges as they learn how to construct and program their robots to complete tasks, navigate obstacles, and solve real-world inspired problems. While this is not a competition team, students will still build teamwork, critical thinking, and engineering skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. No prior robotics experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to learn!
